20+ years of agency finance and operations experience

I’m an operator who is Qualified by Experience (QBE). I’ve held senior roles including Global Head of Client Finance at W2O Group (now Real Chemistry), CFO, EMEA, and Group Finance Director at Williams Lea Tag (Advent International). I’ve led performance management and commercial finance at scale, supported multi-market growth, built teams, and delivered transaction and carve-out execution when scrutiny is highest.

Bleecker & 6th is built on 20+ years of operational leadership across the UK, US and APAC markets. The name links back to fifteen years spent at the centre of New York’s creative scene; a landscape that demands pace, clarity and commercial discipline.

I am not an accountant although I know my way up and down the balance sheet, I mainly focus on the P&L. I am operator who is Qualified by Experience (QBE). I’ve held senior roles including Global Head of Client Finance, CFO, COO and Group Finance Director, I was also a Junior analyst and WIP manager back in my Soho London days at Grey.  I’ve worked from the inside up and am a steady hand, especially for founders who find themselves at a strategic crossroads.

As a democratic leader, I don't just hand over a spreadsheet and disappear. I focus on building high-performing teams and providing the commercial weight needed to land difficult decisions. I act as the translator between ambitious creative vision and the diligence-grade data required to sustain it. My goal is to ensure your finance function is a driver of agency growth, not a bottleneck.
